Mikala grew up in a small town in upstate New York. She lives in Chicago and is at work on a novel.
By day, Mikala works as an arts marketer and digital strategist. She currently serves as Director of Sales & Marketing at Chicago Sinfonietta, “the city’s hippest orchestra” (Chicago Tribune).
